Order Processing & Shipping

  • Place your order by 2:00 PM PST, and we’ll ship it the same business day.

  • We ship via UPS by default. Want to use DHL, FedEx, or USPS? No problem — just provide your own shipping label.

  • You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Double-check your shipping address to avoid any delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on your location

Times are estimates — sometimes customs, holidays, or busy seasons may slow things down a bit.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, location, and chosen shipping method.


Track Your Order

We’ll send you a tracking number once your order ships:

  • Have an account? Log in to My Account > My Orders > Track.

  • Guest checkout? Enter your email and order ID in our tracking portal.


International Shipping

  • Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

  • Customers are responsible for any extra customs fees.
