Order Processing & Shipping

How quickly are orders processed?

Orders received by 2:00 PM PST ship out the same business day.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship via UPS only. If you prefer DHL, FedEx, or USPS, customers must provide their own shipping label.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

All items follow standard measurements. Please refer to the size chart images on Size Guide.

Packaging

Can I customize my pack?

Currently, we do not offer mixed-color or custom break packs. All pre-packs are sold as same-color sets for consistency and quality control.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Returns & Store Credit

What is your return policy?

Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds — store credit only.

Items must be returned in original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee applies if original packaging is not returned.

Return labels are provided only for factory-damaged items; otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at online@thesangclothing.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Factory-damaged items qualify for a return label.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
Exchanges

To get a different size or style, return your current item first. Once approved, place a new order for your desired piece.

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit for future purchases with TheSang. If you haven’t received your store credit within 15 business days after approval, contact us at online@thesangclothing.com.

Can I get a sample?

We do not sell or provide sample pieces.

Do you offer special orders?

Private labeling is available for special orders only, with a minimum of 120 pieces per style, per color.

Products & Restocks

Are sold-out items restocked?

Some popular styles may be restocked, but this is not guaranteed. Customers can sign up for restock notifications on individual product pages.

We accept major credit cards and other options available at checkout.
