We want you to love every piece you get from TheSang. As an apparel manufacturer, we take pride in the quality of our clothing, and we want your experience to be just as good as the product itself. If something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know about returns and store credit.


Returns

We have updated our returns policy for clarity:

  • Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We do not offer refunds — store credit only.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies if the original packaging is not returned.

  • Return labels are provided only for factory-damaged items; otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately — we’ll work to make it right because we care about the quality of every piece we manufacture. Factory-damaged items qualify for a return label.


Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, reach out before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return your current item. Once approved, place a new order for the piece you want.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

For EU shipments, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification.

Returned items must be in the original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit for the eligible amount. Store credit can be used for future purchases with TheSang.
